We ship within continental United States and Canada. We do not ship internationally outside of North America at this time. However, we can ship to freight forwarders if you already have one set up!

Please note that for orders with a USA address, you may incur additional fees when the shipment gets to the Canada-USA border.
For blank or printed pick-up orders, please contact your sales representative to coordinate a warehouse appointment. Our warehouse hours are from 10 am – 4 pm EST on weekdays.
We encourage you to contact the shipping company (UPS, Concord, Polaris, etc.) to get information on your order with the tracking number we provide you with. If the shipping company directs you to reach out to us, please don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders shipped directly from our Toronto office and consolidated through our mailing office in New York (if going to the U.S.).
What do I do if I receive a damaged order?
Please contact the representative that was working with you and let them know about the situation. Please also include images of the defective items so we can forward it to the shipping company used for an investigation. Once the investigation has been complete and we’re issued the credit for the damaged items, we can then apply it on your next order.
Can you help with storage?
Due to a lack of warehouse space, we don’t offer storage services for customers. However, we’d be more than happy to provide you with your shipments dimensions so you can look into renting your own storage space!
