First time orders

TheCupStore.com requires that all first-time orders be prepaid in full prior to shipping. We recommend prepaying by credit card for faster turnaround, however for your convenience we will also accept company checks or money orders. In the case of checks or money orders please note that shipments will only be delivered once payment has been cleared with the bank.

Credit Cards

TheCupStore.com accepts Visa and Mastercard as credit payment for our products. Please send any credit card information via fax or give the information directly to our customer service representative over the phone, 1-866-641-5900.

When paying by credit card, you will be charged for the full amount of your purchase upon confirmation of order. This secures the merchandise and puts the order into production to be customized, if customization is required.


Company Check/ Money Order

For your convenience, we will accept company checks or money orders, however, orders will only be shipped once your payment has been cleared with our bank. For faster delivery we recommend payment by credit card whenever possible.



Shipping Information

Preferred carriers for online shipments in US and Canada is UPS and FedEx. We offer all classes of service offered by these carriers and you will be charged for shipping and handling according to the class of service chosen.

In the case of international shipments or for special shipping requirements, we may chose to use another carrier.

All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory and you will be notified of tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
